Turnbull Orchards is a family run business with over 100 years experience growing fruit in the Goulburn Valley region of Victoria. When Edward Turnbull and his three children arrived here in 1892, he planted an acorn to mark the boundary of his newly purchased land. Now a towering Oak tree, its growth is symbolic of Turnbull Orchards expansion into one of the larger fruit growers in Australia
The business now involves, growing, exporting and significant participation in SPC Ardmona, Australia's largest fruit processor. Currently, Ross (4th generation), Chris & Philip (5th generation) Turnbull manage the business.
Turnbull Orchards employs 20 staff year round, plus in excess of 200 during harvest.
